The scientists in Toronto say that people, who have power over others, often suffer from psychological and physical problems,
mental disorders. Using data from the study, which included 1,800 American employees in various sectors of the economy, revealed the negative side of power.
Managers can raise or lower wages, hire a person or to dismiss him, and in favor of the risk of receiving a high salary. However, such people often complain of difficulties in communicating their work problems affect their family environment.
These factors increase the risk of psychological illness, deterioration of health.
